- The Changing of the Guard Ceremony is included only on the 10 am tour. It occurs daily in June and July, and on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday during other months

On-site usage
- Recieve the Kensington Palace tickets from your guide at the end of the walking tour
- Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
- To reach the meeting point, arrive at Green Park Underground station, and take the left-hand exit. You’ll see stairs and a ramp leading out of the station—take the stairs
- Walk past the Big Bus Company staff, and in front of you will be the Ritz Hotel and the meeting point
