Must Know

  • Dress code of The Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew: men must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves. Women must wear long skirts or long pants to cover their knees.

Good to Know

  • Clothes revealing the shoulders, underarms, back, and knees are not on this tour; implementation is strict. Kindly bring a sarong/scarf/sweater to cover up or wear clothes that fit the dress code
  • Khon Performance - Thai Masked Dance show at Sala Chalermkrung: Foreign tourists who buy Entry tickets to visit the Grand Palace can bring tickets to watch the Khon performance at Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theater. There are three 25-minute performances daily, from Monday - Friday, at 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
  • There will be a shuttle bus waiting at Phiman Deves Gate of the palace for a one-way trip to the theatre, leaving 30 minutes before the start of each performance
