Provide the full name and ID/passport details for each participant when booking, as required by the Alhambra. Failure to do so may result in denied access.

On-site usage

  • Meet at the Granavision Welcome Visitor Center, next to the Crisol Guadalupe Hotel
  • Show your smartphone voucher to the staff at the meeting point
  • The staff will give you the audioguide in the language you selected. Please bring it back at the end of the tour
  • You can come visit the venue at any time during the opening hours, at the following timeslots: 8:30, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 and 17:00
