Visitors 0-15 from abroad require a passport. Osaka Castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Crowded venues may restrict strollers. Forbidden: luggage, sharp objects, flammables, food. Only water allowed. No pets, except service animals. No flash photography, smoking, alcohol, or re-entry.
