Fondazione Prada: Entry Ticket

Visit the Venice branch of Fondazione Prada at Ca’ Corner della Regina – an 18th-century palace along the Grand Canal. The building dates back to the mid-15th century, when Caterina Corner, who later became queen of Cyprus, was born there.

In the 18th century, descendants of the family, the Corner brothers of San Cassian, asked architect Domenico Rossi to rebuild the palace in the Baroque style.

Since 2011, Fondazione Prada has used Ca’ Corner della Regina for contemporary art exhibitions – especially during major events like the Biennale Arte and Biennale Architettura. This year, see Helter Skelter: Arthur Jafa and Richard Prince, curated by Nancy Spector.
