On-site usage

  • Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early, as the guide cannot wait for latecomers
  • Show your mobile ticket to the staff at the meeting point
  • Your guide will meet you outside of Café Pierre Hermé ( located near Pont de l’Alma bridge), holding a sign with ”The Tour Guy” on it

After your visit

  • Reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to departure. Guests who arrive after departure will not be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets will not be refunded
  • Photography without the use of flash is allowed in the permanent collection exhibition rooms, under certain conditions. However, photography and filming are strictly forbidden in the temporary exhibition rooms
  • The operator reserves the right to change itineraries for safety reasons, maintenance, and events
